For most services, within 10 minutes of payment and completion of the questionnaire, during business hours. For sick leave and medical certificates (driver’s license), the turnaround time is up to 1 business hour. You will always receive them via email and SMS.
Yes. All data is encrypted and processed in accordance with the GDPR. Only the doctor responsible for your case has access to the questionnaire. Nothing is shared with third parties, nor does it appear in records visible to other users or companies.
Yes. You can suggest your preferred treatment in the questionnaire. The doctor will assess whether it is medically appropriate for your case. If it is, they will prescribe it. If not, they will suggest a safe alternative and explain why—by email or phone, if necessary.
That is indeed the case, and it is the correct procedure. If your situation requires a physical examination, additional tests, or direct observation, the doctor will refer you to the appropriate in-person appointment, and we will issue a full refund for the amount paid.
