We created DoctorNow because we saw too many people giving up on treatment due to long wait times, difficulty scheduling appointments, or simply feeling embarrassed to discuss certain topics in front of others. Our asynchronous telemedicine model—already common in the Netherlands, Germany, and the United Kingdom—puts you back in control of your health.

Each case is reviewed by licensed Portuguese physicians who are registered with the Portuguese Medical Association. It is not an algorithm that makes the decision—it is a physician, using their qualified digital signature.
